George H. Holley is the founder of Eye Level Corporation and has served as Chairman since 2001. He also co-founded Home Diagnostics, Inc. and served as a Director and Chairman of the Board from 1985 until 2010. Prior to starting his own business ventures, George was employed with General Electric. He holds both a Master of Business Administration in Management / Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Brian has extensive sales, product marketing, and proven leadership skills to guide personnel toward a common goal. Prior to joining Eye Level, Brian served as Vice President of Americas Sales at Thomson, Inc. where he managed sales and marketing staff. He has extensive international leadership experience, building sales channels, generated innovative business and marketing strategies. He graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing.
Diane has over 10 years experience as a marketing and creative director. Prior to joining Eye Level, Diane worked at Allegient Systems, FlexiInternational Software, Unilever and Deloitte where she developed and executed marketing plans and managed communications. Specializing in brand development and creating unique marketing materials to support sales growth efforts. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Sacred Heart University and is an active member of the American Marketing Association.
Ron has 17 years experience in manufacturing operations with significant knowledge in domestic and off-shore manufacturing facilities. He is responsible for reliable operation of the organization through strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency. By collaborating with the executive team and individual department heads he ensures that company operational priorities are aligned with total company direction. He graduated from Elmira College with a Bachelor of Science in American History.
Phairot has five years of manufacturing management experience and oversees all manufacturing processes, quality and production improvement methodologies. Phairot collaborates with engineers, sales and production staff to build quality products that meets customers’ expectations. His extensive knowledge of manufacturing has resulted in improved production standards, productivity and profitability.
